Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct phone calls and in-person meetings to analyze student loan debt and present options to save money via refinancing and/or federal repayment and forgiveness plans.
  • •Assess creditworthiness and eligibility for student loans.
  • •Explain federal and private loan options, including interest rates, repayment plans, and deferment options.
  • •Assist clients with completing loan applications and gathering required documentation.
  • •Ensure loan agreements comply with federal and state regulations while maintaining accurate records and resolving client concerns.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • •Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial services, banking, or loan processing; student loan experience preferred.

  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
