Manager - SOC

Lead and mature a 24x7 Security Operations Center, driving security monitoring, incident response, threat detection, and threat hunting. Serve as Incident Commander for critical/high severity events and coordinate cross-functional response across Product Security, Infrastructure, IT, and Engineering. Improve SOC efficiency through SIEM/XSIAM and SOAR automation, define KPIs/SLAs/MTTD/MTTR, oversee KPIs and dashboards, and evaluate new SOC technologies and vendors.
