Job Summary

Support Centene’s Enterprise Privacy & Security Risk Management by translating regulatory, legislative, and contractual requirements into actionable, risk-informed analysis. Serve as an execution layer within the Privacy & Security Enterprise Engagement model, producing requirement traceability artifacts and executive-ready insights for cross-functional stakeholders. Apply 2LoD advisory expertise to assess regulatory change impacts across business and technology environments, and help improve playbooks, templates, and SOPs to strengthen compliance posture and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze and interpret federal/state laws and contractual obligations to identify requirements impacting operations, systems, and data.
•Translate requirements into structured, enforceable, and testable obligations aligned to enterprise frameworks, maintaining requirement inventories and traceability artifacts.
•Perform impact assessments and support regulatory change management, tracking regulatory changes and contributing to GRC inputs.
•Provide risk-informed insights, recommendations, and updates to privacy/security enterprise engagement stakeholders and EEOs.
•Develop executive-ready outputs (briefings, dashboards, summaries, risk analyses) and support playbooks, templates, and SOP improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 87,700 - 157,800 annually

•5+ years in privacy, security, compliance, risk management, or a related field.
•5+ years analyzing regulatory, legislative, or contractual requirements.
•3+ years in healthcare, government programs (Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace), or similarly highly regulated industries.
•Experience producing executive-ready communications and advisory materials while influencing business and technical stakeholders in a 2LoD advisory model.
•Experience applying healthcare regulatory frameworks (e.g., CMS, HIPAA, NCQA) and security/privacy control frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53, ISO 27001).
