Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive on-time delivery of contracts management project activities and independently support the Contracts Management team on contract-related matters, escalating critical issues appropriately.
  • •Implement contract management procedural requirements to ensure contractual compliance and project adherence, including documentation control, compliance tracking, and reporting.
  • •Manage contractual correspondence, draft notices, coordinate change management, and evaluate schedule/cost impacts for claims and disputes with supporting documentation.
  • •Coordinate contract records management and reporting: maintain data schedules, develop dashboards/reports/KPIs for contractual performance, and support contract close-out items.
  • •Support pre-contract and post-contract award activities, including contract setup schedule, project contract summary, subcontractor/supplier compliance review, and assistance with bid submission alignment of terms.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s/postgraduate degree with background in contract management, quantity surveying, construction management, or engineering.
  • •5–8 years exposure working in contracts management or similar roles in EPC energy/infrastructure, including construction or subcontract management.
  • •Proven experience in contract management within the EPC/EPCI industry across energy transition (onshore/offshore/subsea, FPSO/FPU).
  • •In-depth knowledge of EPC/EPCI project lifecycles (design, procurement, construction, installation) and familiarity with industry contract terminology and standards.
  • •Strong contract acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to analyze complex contract requirements to identify risks.
