Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team of individual contributors overseeing launch and maturation of new products into target strategic markets.
  • •Lead development of digital-first underwriting products and innovative new offerings, including auxiliary/enhanced features for existing products.
  • •Develop product recommendations and decisions for buy/build/ally, and generate product and coverage solutions aligned to member needs.
  • •Maintain underwriting and business knowledge for in-scope products, including post-launch maintenance and adaptation based on performance, member needs, and competitive changes.
  • •Coordinate across control partners (Legal, Compliance, Risk Management) to ensure compliant design/implementation and coach the team to drive performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Statistics; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •8 years of relevant industry experience in Actuary, Underwriting, Marketing, or Operations, including direct product management experience.
  • •3 years of direct team lead or management experience.
  • •Experience developing product strategies, product plans, and product roadmaps; and developing, deploying, and supporting product and/or integrated suite of products.
  • •Knowledge of the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and experience leading agile product development for multiple products simultaneously.
