Key Responsibilities

  • •Sell: meet homeowners on scheduled service calls, build trust quickly, explain options clearly, and close repair or upgrade sales
  • •Repair: replace springs, rollers, motors and other door components; install keypads, run wiring, and adjust equipment for proper function
  • •Serve: deliver an outstanding customer experience and collect payments/document each job
  • •Collaborate with team to upsell services and ensure high-quality workmanship
  • •Maintain tools and vehicle readiness; adhere to safety and company policies

Salary: USD 90,000 - 150,000 annually
