Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead HR PMO biweekly meetings, including agenda setting, action-item tracking, and follow-through across the HR project portfolio.
  • •Co-lead COE/GIS biweekly project review meetings to align cross-functionally on status, priorities, dependencies, and risks.
  • •Ensure COEs operate within the HR PDLC framework by reviewing adherence, identifying gaps, and helping close them (without owning plan execution).
  • •Maintain portfolio-level visibility in PMO tools, tracking status and milestone progress and proactively surfacing issues to leadership.
  • •Support the VP of Employee Experience with the annual HR roadmap by coordinating inputs, facilitating roadmap planning sessions, and providing ongoing roadmap status summaries.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 124,000 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years of project management or PMO delivery experience in structured, governance-driven environments.
  • •Experience in PMO/portfolio management, including facilitating governance meetings and maintaining portfolio visibility while holding teams accountable to delivery frameworks.
  • •Experience at the intersection of business stakeholders and technology delivery teams, translating priorities without owning the work on either side.
  • •Experience delivering or supporting HR Technology or enterprise platform initiatives (Workday strongly preferred) and familiarity with HRIS implementations or HR system enhancements.
  • •Hands-on proficiency with PMO tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or Asana for tracking, dashboards, and status reporting.
