Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute supply chain planning and optimization to improve material flow, inventory management, and operational efficiency using KPI monitoring.
  • •Manage strategic procurement and supplier relationships, including negotiations for commercial terms to ensure supply continuity, cost effectiveness, and quality/delivery adherence.
  • •Support make/buy analyses and source selection, and technically qualify suppliers to meet design, quality, and schedule requirements.
  • •Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions to maintain resilient continuity of supply.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain talent to ensure effective execution of team objectives.

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including at least 3 years in a management or team lead role (preferably aerospace & defense or regulated manufacturing).
  • •Strong background in procurement, subcontracts, material planning, and warehouse/inventory operations.
  • •Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and ITAR and defense contracting practices.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
