•Own hiring for SDRs, Account Executives, and GTM Associates across London and Europe.
•Manage interview logistics across time zones and keep processes moving without bottlenecks.
•Build presence in the London/European market and establish GTM recruiting best practices.
•Maintain recruiting operations in Ashby, including candidate data and interview feedback submission, and conduct reference checks.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in recruiting.
•Familiarity with the London/European GTM talent market.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple roles, candidates, and timelines.
•Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
•Experience with ATS tools (Ashby preferred) and modern productivity tools.
