Key Responsibilities

  • •Create a vision and derive the resource plan and strategy, managing delivery against it.
  • •Build and coach a PM team to improve efficiency, reduce unnecessary complexity, and increase productivity.
  • •Make key decisions based on parameters such as benefits and risks, and contract on objectives and success measurements.
  • •Interact with users and customers to understand requests, pain points, and requirements; bridge user expectations and development feasibility.
  • •Manage the product backlog and coordinate issue review by submitting PBIs/bugs (including details for the development team) to TFS and driving issue resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Information Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience demonstrating competence.
  • •Typically 5-7 years of work experience in project management for a massive scale legacy product.
  • •Ability to apply Agile methodology and deliver using Scrum, sprint planning, and kanban principles.
  • •Experience managing project schedules, milestones, risk management, and continuous improvement processes.
  • •Hands-on experience coordinating requirements and delivery across users, customers, and development teams.
