Shape intuitive, high-quality product experiences across BJAK’s financial products by designing end-to-end flows from concept to production. Translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI, covering insurance, payments, claims, and investments. Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components, collaborate closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation, and continuously improve usability through iteration, accessibility focus, and real user insights.
