  • •Define segmentation, event portfolio strategy, channel mix, and integrated approaches to maximize pipeline generation and customer engagement.

  • •Lead and scale the event marketing organization, building operating models, governance, delegation, and standardized procedures to ensure consistent execution and continuous improvement.
