Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the end-to-end logistics claims process for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments, including claim intake through closure.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop the claims team by assigning work, monitoring performance, running regular meetings, and supporting training.
  • •Collaborate with internal functions (logistics, customer service, finance, operations) and external stakeholders (customers, carriers, insurance providers) to resolve claims.
