Key Responsibilities

•Maximize customer portfolio revenues and increase HSBC’s share of client wallet while maintaining credit quality and mitigating hidden risks.
•Assist Associate Director/Director by coordinating origination and execution of in-country activities across banking products and services.
•Drive achievement against targets for revenue generation, product alignment, customer satisfaction, and cost containment.
•Combine client relationship management with strong risk assessment to ensure required credit quality and risk/return balance.
•Coordinate with Customer Service Team (CST) and Credit Risk Management to conduct customer exposure reviews and ensure credits comply with internal and external requirements, including exit/rehabilitation strategies for substandard credits.

Key Requirements

•Provide marketing support to senior relationship managers.
•Build rapport with members of the client’s management team and deliver analytical support.
•Use strong PC skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
•Demonstrate teamwork and good verbal and written communication skills.
•Have knowledge of HSBC Group structures and products, including banking products/services and risk management/credit mitigants.
