Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary technical escalation point for premium global publishers, diagnosing and resolving integration issues across code, network traffic, and ad server configurations.
•Lead end-to-end technical onboarding for high-value accounts, ensuring zero downtime and optimal revenue from day one, including the Brazilian market.
•Write and debug custom JavaScript, HTML, and API integrations to adapt monetization solutions to diverse client setups.
•Translate complex ad-tech concepts into clear value propositions for non-technical customers and internal stakeholders; translate customer friction points into product requirements.
•Collaborate with Business Development and Account Management to evaluate customer setups and recommend configurations that unlock higher ad revenue.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a highly technical, client-facing role (e.g., Solution Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or a Support Engineer who works directly with customers)
•Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) and strong English for internal collaboration
•Strong front-end web technologies: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and HTTP/Network protocols; ability to use Chrome DevTools for debugging
•Experience with ad-tech tools and integrations (preferably GAM, Prebid.js, Header Bidding, SDK integrations, or Google Publisher Tags)
•Excellent communication, problem-solving, and empathetic skills for guiding customers and translating complex concepts into business value
