•Analyze, strategize, and execute on key operational problems and opportunities to drive growth
•Design and implement operational processes to increase capacity to service customers
•Identify opportunities to generate increased revenue or margin and operationalize them
•Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and build seamless workflows with high satisfaction
•Produce and refine weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reporting to support expansion strategy and maintain reliable data pipelines

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Data Analytics, Strategy, or a similar growth/data-driven role
•BS in a STEM discipline or a business degree with strong analytical focus
•Creative problem-solving skills to engineer solutions for bottlenecks
•Exceptional written and verbal communication with ability to translate data trends into clear business cases
