Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze, strategize, and execute on key operational problems and opportunities to drive growth
  • •Design and implement operational processes to increase capacity to service customers
  • •Identify opportunities to generate increased revenue or margin and operationalize them
  • •Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and build seamless workflows with high satisfaction
  • •Produce and refine weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reporting to support expansion strategy and maintain reliable data pipelines

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Data Analytics, Strategy, or a similar growth/data-driven role
  • •BS in a STEM discipline or a business degree with strong analytical focus
  • •Creative problem-solving skills to engineer solutions for bottlenecks
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication with ability to translate data trends into clear business cases
