Job Summary

Deliver CDM and health & safety consultancy from our Edinburgh office to existing and new clients, covering CDM and H&S management. Interpret client needs, provide expert guidance as Principal Designer when required, manage commissions, conduct H&S performance reviews and audits, and collaborate with SHQ and colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality service and profitable project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver CDM and H&S consultancy services from the Edinburgh office to clients, with scope flexible based on client needs
•Understand client requirements and proactively identify solutions to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction
•Act as Principal Designer where required and help clients comply with legal responsibilities under CDM regulations
•Establish positive relationships with clients to build confidence and act as a trusted adviser
•Manage commissions to satisfy client expectations and Turner & Townsend requirements while ensuring quality and profitability of projects

Key Requirements

•NEBOSH Construction Certificate and NEBOSH Diploma Level (or equivalent)
•Full UK driving licence
•GradIOSH or equivalent
•Experience as a Principal Designer with strong knowledge of CDM regulations
•Excellent communication skills; ability to plan and organise workload to meet deadlines
