Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver CDM and H&S consultancy services from the Edinburgh office to clients, with scope flexible based on client needs
  • •Understand client requirements and proactively identify solutions to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction
  • •Act as Principal Designer where required and help clients comply with legal responsibilities under CDM regulations
  • •Establish positive relationships with clients to build confidence and act as a trusted adviser
  • •Manage commissions to satisfy client expectations and Turner & Townsend requirements while ensuring quality and profitability of projects

Key Requirements

  • •NEBOSH Construction Certificate and NEBOSH Diploma Level (or equivalent)
  • •Full UK driving licence
  • •GradIOSH or equivalent
  • •Experience as a Principal Designer with strong knowledge of CDM regulations
  • •Excellent communication skills; ability to plan and organise workload to meet deadlines
