Key Responsibilities

  • •Extend warm, personalized greetings to colleagues using names whenever possible.
  • •Deliver housekeeping services that meet One&Only standards across assigned areas.
  • •Perform deep cleaning of Colleague Rooms and public areas, including daily vacuuming and spot treatment in public spaces.
  • •Sanitize equipment in public areas (e.g., ice machines) and comply with chemical usage and SOP guidelines.
  • •Prepare Colleague Rooms for scheduled arrivals, replenish supplies, secure and manage a Master Key, and report maintenance issues to the Housing Manager.
