Job Summary

Provide L2/L3 incident, problem, monitoring, and maintenance support for healthcare radiology applications, ensuring timely restoration of services and SLA compliance. Manage PACS workflows by troubleshooting modality connectivity, DICOM routing, and HL7/ORM/ORU interfaces, and support controlled change and release activities with impact analysis and rollback planning. Coordinate with business users, internal IT, and vendor partners, while maintaining runbooks and audit documentation aligned with HIPAA and data privacy requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications, ensuring timely restoration of services and adherence to SLAs.
•Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and drive effective incident/problem resolution.
•Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; perform maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
•Assess, implement, and validate application changes through controlled release processes, including impact analysis and rollback planning.
•Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors; maintain knowledge articles, runbooks, and audit documentation to support compliance (e.g., HIPAA) and data privacy requirements.

Key Requirements

•Experience supporting healthcare provider workflows and operating within clinical ancillary (radiology) environments.
•Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications while meeting SLAs and performing root cause analysis for recurring issues.
•Proficiency in application monitoring and maintenance, including health checks for interfaces and batch jobs plus patch validation and upgrade coordination.
•Experience with change and release support, including configuration/patch/upgrade validation, impact analysis, and rollback planning.
•Hands-on knowledge of radiology/PACS systems, including DICOM routing, modality worklists, HL7/ORM/ORU interfaces, and diagnostic workstation environments.
