Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide expert consultation, services, and solutions for routine and complex employee relations issues.

  • •Maintain and update HR Services documentation (SOPs, Work Instructions), ensure quality control, and proactively escalate issues when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
