Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a liaison with technology providers to develop and manage implementation project plans and configuration processes.
  • •Analyze and gather business requirements for multiple initiatives, prioritize user stories, and provide risk analysis and project documentation.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders for design reviews, quality assurance, defect prioritization, approvals/sign-off for builds, and oversee implementations.
  • •Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for application software upgrades and maintenance, including requirement and test plan reviews aligned with audit standards.
  • •Create Power BI reports and CRM dashboard views and produce end-user training materials, supporting internal and external users via inquiries and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, MIS, or an engineering field.
  • •3+ years of project management experience and improving customer satisfaction.
  • •Experience configuring and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including process flows, security models, sales automation, and customization.
  • •Hands-on experience with Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and integrations across the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • •Knowledge of Power BI for KPI development, reporting, and analytics to drive adoption and insights.
