Key Responsibilities

•Own observability strategy for the serverless inference platform, including telemetry, dashboards, alerts, SLO/SLI frameworks, and improvement when targets are missed.
•Build production-grade automation and tooling to reduce operational toil and improve incident response, establishing patterns for other SREs.
•Own incident management integration for inference workloads: design response frameworks, lead on-call incident response, and drive post-mortem improvements.
•Define and implement deployment safety practices such as progressive rollouts, canary analysis, and rollback automation, setting team standards.
•Partner with product engineering to influence architecture decisions, ensure operational readiness, and represent the SRE perspective in design reviews.

•Extensive Kubernetes and containerization experience, including autoscaling, resource scheduling, and orchestration for compute-intensive workloads.
•Build automation and tooling in Python or Go, with familiarity in CI/CD pipelines, deployment safety, and infrastructure-as-code.
•Lead technical initiatives across teams, mentor engineers, and resolve complex reliability problems independently.
