Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the OEM/ISV relationship for the partner’s core embedded product, managing commercial health via renewals, consumption tracking, and expansion.
  • •Work with partner product and engineering teams to keep embedded architecture current, including migration off legacy APIs to modern Salesforce capabilities (Data Cloud integration, Agentforce-native builds).
  • •Develop and execute a partner expansion strategy across new partner business units, prioritizing high-value integration opportunities across industries, geographies, and product lines.
  • •Design and activate a joint GTM and distribution engine leveraging the partner channel for Salesforce industry agentic offerings, including building a partner Center of Excellence (CoE).
  • •Build and maintain exec-level relationships globally, lead joint operating committees/QBRs/summits, and own the global Joint Business Plan (JBP).

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in partnerships, alliances, or business development in enterprise SaaS or technology.
  • •Proven experience managing OEM/ISV/embedded partnerships, including scenarios where end customers may not realize Salesforce is the underlying technology.
  • •Strong technical fluency to engage product and engineering leaders on architecture, API strategy, and AI roadmaps.
  • •Track record structuring and closing large, complex commercial agreements (OEM, white-label, platform licensing).
  • •Experience operating globally and driving alignment across matrixed, cross-functional organizations, with a bachelor’s degree in Business/Economics/Strategy or equivalent.
