Job Summary

Lead product strategy within the PSM Strategy team, shaping the strategic agenda aligned to corporate priorities and long-term growth. Use market intelligence, industry trends, and data-driven analysis to develop frameworks, test hypotheses, and craft decision-ready narratives. Drive cross-functional strategic projects with Investments and Distribution partners, advise senior leadership on decision papers, and represent PSM in key internal and external forums to strengthen market positioning.

•Shape and drive the strategic agenda for PSM, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and growth objectives.
•Develop strategic frameworks and oversee industry research on competitive market dynamics and regulatory/innovation developments.
•Create persuasive, fact-based narratives and actionable strategic recommendations to inform executive decision-making.
•Lead strategic project initiatives to assess opportunities against business capabilities and support future growth.
•Advise senior management and provide direction on decision papers for the Chief Product Officer and Executive Committee, representing PSM in internal and external forums as appropriate.

•Strong English communication and collaboration; German language fluency is a plus.
•Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI and regular use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft CoPilot) to scale research capabilities.
