Associate Account Manager

Support the Account Management team with administrative and client service for renewals, open enrollments, implementations, and carrier communications. Help prepare insurance proposal requests and spreadsheet results, review client benefit/coverage materials for accuracy, and manage client files and calendars. Assist with 5500 administration and enrollment fulfillment, resolve eligibility, billing, and claims questions, and maintain client data in Salesforce while building knowledge of employee benefits operations.
