Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the IHS EHR Modernization program as a subject matter expert for revenue cycle workflows in PATH EHR.
  • •Partner with clinical, HIM, finance, and operational stakeholders to optimize registration and scheduling processes.
  • •Support implementation and sustainment activities, including troubleshooting workflow issues and ensuring accurate clinical revenue capture and reconciliation.
  • •Represent revenue cycle interests with clinical, operational, and IT leadership to translate workflow needs into information system needs.
  • •Establish and disseminate best practices with field and corporate partners based on data and operational observation.
