Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall management administration to the project and assist in establishing project objectives and policies.
  • •Provide technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforce project policies, and ensure delivery in line with design, budget, and schedule.
  • •Lead the Change Control process and coordinate weekly client meetings and ad-hoc meetings with client contractors.
  • •Define valuation and milestone payment schedules, validate milestone achievements, and coordinate monthly valuations of completed works.
  • •Lead and coordinate daily construction operations on-site, manage resources, ensure regulatory/safety compliance, monitor progress, and implement quality control; serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders.
