Key Responsibilities

  • •Design bespoke BIM strategies and workflows by capturing client requirements and aligning them with industry best practices and contractual documentation needs.
  • •Manage the rollout of BIM methodologies across programmes and projects, ensuring successful adoption by clients, design teams, and contractors.
  • •Deliver technical assurance through structured model reviews, clash detection, and data analysis to mitigate risks and meet project requirements.
  • •Facilitate workshops and manage interfaces with project partners, acting as an ambassador for digital services.
  • •Create bid proposals and detailed reports and supervise teams through peer-review of deliverables and maintenance of high-quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a BIM Manager role, ideally with consultancy environment exposure and knowledge of project lifecycles.
  • •Deep working knowledge of BS EN ISO 19650 and the Information Management Initiative (IMI) Framework (UK BIM Framework) and related information management standards.
  • •Proficiency in 3D authoring tools such as Revit or ArchiCAD for interrogation.
  • •Expertise with clash detection and model checking tools such as Solibri and Navisworks.
  • •Strong experience with Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms such as ACC, Asite, and Viewpoint, plus understanding of COBie data requirements.
