Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and lead the Procurement Excellence roadmap, ensuring the right tools, processes, and governance.
  • •Partner with indirect procurement teams (e.g., IT, Marketing, Facilities) to identify cross-functional cost savings and process efficiencies.
  • •Create and standardize procurement policies, SOPs, and reporting to drive visibility and accountability.
  • •Establish best-in-class sourcing practices, including RFP templates, negotiation playbooks, and contract management standards.
  • •Own procurement KPI dashboards and act as business owner for procurement technology (e.g., Ariba or Coupa) to drive automation and adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in procurement excellence, category management, or project management in fast-paced environments.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • •Strong strategic and analytical skills for operational root-cause analysis and data-driven business cases.
  • •Ability to influence and build credibility with diverse global stakeholders, including executive-level audiences.
  • •Hands-on experience with procurement tools such as Coupa, Ariba (or similar platforms), plus expert proficiency in MS Office.
