Job Summary

Safely and efficiently support warehouse operations by pulling, loading, unloading, sorting, staging, stacking, building pallets, wrapping, transporting, and counting PBV products and materials. Verify incoming and outgoing products, maintain accurate check-in/check-out records (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets), and operate warehouse automation, voice pick, and related management systems. Troubleshoot system errors, perform safety/pre-trip checks, follow GMP and food safety practices, and complete janitorial tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Safely perform warehouse duties including pulling, loading/unloading, sorting, staging, stacking, pallet building, wrapping, transporting, counting, and quality control checks.
•Verify accuracy and quality of products received from vendors and shipped to customers; maintain proper records for each task (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets).
•Interact with automation systems and screens, voice pick systems, and pick tickets to verify/record products and ensure accurate pallet load-outs and inventory counts.
•Identify and troubleshoot machine faults/system errors and perform basic cleaning and maintenance on automation systems.
•Operate warehouse material-handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jack, wrappers) and follow safety and pre-trip checks while adhering to GMP and food safety rules; perform janitorial tasks as needed.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED is required.
•Must be able to pass the forklift skills assessment and safely operate PBV material handling equipment.
•At least six months of forklift experience is preferred.
•Computer/Human Machine Interface skills and mechanical aptitude.
•Good math, reading, writing, and communication skills, including ability to read product labels and load ticket instructions.
