Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage facility and infrastructure projects from initiation through completion.
  • •Coordinate with client personnel and contractors; learn and utilize site historical operations and property records and drawings.
  • •Define project requirements and prepare scope of work, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates/budgets, cash flow, and schedules/milestones.
  • •Lead project delivery resources/team and facilitate project meetings, implementing communication plans and documentation governance.
  • •Track progress and variances, implement change management routines, and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • •Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience and/or training.
  • •Prior experience working with high-rise, high-end interior projects and demanding clients is strongly desired.
  • •Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering under pressure.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products including MS Office, MS Project, and other MS software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
