Key Responsibilities

  • •Own technical design and architecture for AI automation initiatives
  • •Build and deploy agentic AI solutions using frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar
  • •Design multi-agent workflows for end-to-end automation (e.g., document processing, decision automation)
  • •Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems via APIs, databases, and automation platforms
  • •Define and enforce engineering standards through code reviews and technical mentoring

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of hands-on automation development experience, including production deployments
  • •3+ years of recent experience working with AI/ML or LLM-based automation
  • •Practical experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar)
  • •Strong understanding of workflow orchestration and system integrations
  • •Experience with Python, APIs, CI/CD, and automation platforms (Power Automate, UiPath, n8n, etc.)
