Engineering Development Associate - 2027

Join the accelerated Engineering Development Program designed for college graduates in a fast-paced Supply Chain environment. You’ll lead engineering startup and project readiness for capital and non-capital projects across manufacturing operations, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive execution, risk mitigation, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement. You’ll also serve as a technical resource for engineering workflow, project management, commissioning and qualification, and operational readiness planning over an approximately 36-month rotation.
