Drive store turnover by selling and providing excellent customer service, from the selling ceremony through after-sales support. Communicate efficiently with clients and colleagues, listen actively to build loyalty, and accurately capture client data in the CRM. Maintain store standards and house procedures, support visual merchandising basics, and manage stock replenishment. Participate in daily team briefings, complete training, and share learnings while continuously improving product knowledge.
