Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee circuit and theater setup in the operating system and obtain updated theater information from film buyers and exhibitors.
  • •Coordinate and book press, film festival, early access, and special event screenings with publicity partners and technical warehouses.
  • •Distribute trade letters and coordinate trade screenings across markets, collecting reactions and feedback to report to executives.
  • •Support the sales team with ongoing administrative tasks, including maintaining and updating Airtable data and other systems.
  • •Create sales materials (sell sheets), manage departmental invoices for payment processing, and schedule the weekly sales department meeting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 28.02 - 34.16 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years of related experience.
  • •Strong administrative and organizational skills with proactive, detail-oriented execution.
  • •Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills across all management levels.
