Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide advice on privacy and AI governance compliance and procedures, aligned with applicable laws, regulations, and the Allianz Privacy Standard.
  • •Conduct onsite and offsite privacy controls and initiate privacy assessments as part of the internal control system.
  • •Perform vendor assessments focused on compliance with data processing agreements and effective implementation of agreed technical and organizational measures (TOMs).
  • •Support the privacy control lifecycle by analyzing, documenting results, drafting report documentation, proposing remediation, and tracking remediation measures/issues.
  • •Handle data subject enquiries on privacy rights (e.g., withdrawal of consent, right to be forgotten) and advise on personal data incidents including breach notifications and remedial actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s/university degree in economics, legal, or a similar discipline.
  • •3–5 years of experience in data privacy, risk management, internal control, or compliance.

  • •Knowledge of process and control design and re-engineering principles, plus how IT systems relate to data protection and processing.
