Key Responsibilities

  • •Own infrastructure as code in Terraform, including alerting, observability, reliability work, load testing, and disaster recovery.
  • •Make CI/CD faster using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD and remove blockers for engineers.
  • •Run and support the platform behind AI workloads across Bedrock, Vertex AI, and Azure with focus on reliability and cost.
  • •Collaborate with enterprise customers and the commercial team to troubleshoot infrastructure and security questions.
  • •Support compliance work and participate in the on-call rotation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 100,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong AWS in production, ideally multi-region, and hands-on knowledge of how model consumption works across clouds.
  • •Deep experience with Terraform, observability, and CI/CD.
  • •Solid Python experience; Elixir is a bonus and you’re keen to learn.
  • •Ideally hands-on with GCP and Azure (Azure as a bonus).
  • •Clear communication with the ability to explain technical topics to customers, not just engineers.
