Key Responsibilities

•Support the design, development, and operational deployment of scalable, AI-enabled data solutions for a DoD CDAO ADA IR program.
•Shape and deploy data pipelines, pre-processing workflows, and feature engineering strategies in secure, containerized environments.
•Develop and deploy machine learning services and decision-support capabilities for mission stakeholders.
•Collaborate with product managers, full-stack developers, and platform engineers to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
•Work in agile environments emphasizing reproducibility, testing, and continuous delivery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field (masters degree preferred).
•3+ years of experience in data engineering or software engineering, including designing and managing complex data pipelines.
•Proficiency in Python and SQL, with distributed data frameworks such as Spark, Databricks, and PySpark.
•Experience developing and deploying ML models using tools and libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and XGBoost.
•Ability to use data visualization and storytelling tools such as Palantir’s MSS Workshop and Slate applications.
