Key Responsibilities

  • •Build the Nora platform by shipping services, factories, and sandboxes used to deploy AI workflows end-to-end.
  • •Weave AI into internal systems by building connectors, services, and integrations for record-keeping and operational tools.
  • •Stand up new infrastructure when transformation capabilities don’t exist, including spec’ing, shipping, and hardening the platform.
  • •Design for long-term handoff by writing documentation, defining SLOs, and selecting the next owner before shipping.
  • •Own measurable business outcomes such as revenue, cost savings, hours returned, or unblocked capabilities for downstream teams.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of professional software development experience.
  • •Strong backend experience with Python.
  • •Experience shipping platform components others build on (APIs, services, or SDKs).
  • •Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
