Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee weekly eyewash/emergency shower and monthly fire extinguisher inspections across all sites, including completion at remote locations.
  • •Coordinate hazardous waste pickups with licensed vendors, ensuring proper labeling, storage, and manifesting in accordance with RCRA and state regulations.
  • •Conduct chemical audits and maintain an accurate chemical inventory database; manage chemical purchasing by assessing hazards and documentation.
  • •Serve as an active hazardous spill response team member at the Bedford location and support cleanup according to procedures.
  • •Oversee EHS programs and training (hazard communication, chemical safety, emergency response), keep SDS libraries current, and assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.

Salary: USD 94,000 - 123,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related science discipline.
  • •5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or semiconductor environments, preferably in an ISO class 4 clean room.
  • •Strong environmental compliance knowledge with working familiarity of EPA, OSHA, RCRA, DOT, and applicable state/local regulations.
  • •Hands-on hazardous waste management experience, including accumulation, labeling, manifesting, and coordinating disposal.
  • •Experience with safety inspections and recordkeeping for inspections and regulatory documentation.
