Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and maintain refrigeration systems.
  • •Maintain a safe work environment and follow Tyson policies and procedures.
  • •Support refrigeration maintenance work across Processing or Harvest departments as assigned.
  • •Perform physically demanding tasks including standing, walking, bending, climbing, pushing/pulling, and lifting in varied conditions.
  • •Work six days per week with rotating days off; schedules may include Sundays and some major holidays.

Key Requirements

  • •6 months of ammonia refrigeration or boiler room experience.
