Key Responsibilities

•Provide administrative support for 3rd party service providers (Warehouse, Delivery, Installation) and manage related documentation
•Audit invoices and validate costs to ensure accurate billing
•Track partner compliance including contracts, SOPs, COIs, certifications
•Manage customer satisfaction metrics and scorecards
•Coordinate delivery and installation planning coverage and address issues through resolution

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 70,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong administrative and coordination skills, with the ability to support multiple external service providers and internal stakeholders.
•Experience working with third-party logistics, delivery, installation, service, or field operations partners.
•A detail-oriented approach to invoice review, cost validation, and supporting accurate vendor billing.
•Ability to monitor contract requirements, service standards, and compliance expectations across external providers.
•Comfortable following up on corrective actions, service failures, claims, and open operational issues through to resolution.
