Key Responsibilities

  • •Test, validate, and assert control testing methodology and procedures with complete and accurate documentation.
  • •Perform 2LOD validation work, including plan preparation, workpapers, findings identification, and reporting to risk committees.
  • •Evaluate ERM programs, processes, and lifecycle activities, and assess the design and operating effectiveness of entity level controls (ELCs).
  • •Manage day-to-day risk issues for new controls and examine cyber, technology, operational, and enterprise-level controls, including developing remediation strategies with the business.
  • •Conduct independent review and challenge over risk management processes and communicate control testing findings to leadership and risk committees.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years of experience in internal audit, IT audit, risk management, enterprise risk management, operational risk, compliance, cyber/IT risk and control, or related disciplines.
  • •Experience assessing ERM programs, governance processes, and risk and control environments.
  • •Familiarity with entity level controls (ELCs), risk and control self-assessments (RCSAs), issue management, risk governance, and risk reporting processes.
  • •Strong understanding of ERM frameworks, governance structures, and the Three Lines of Defense model.
  • •Advanced communication and analytical skills to summarize and analyze complex information; strong organizational skills to coordinate risk-related activities with peers and senior executives.
