Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and lead end-to-end data center migration strategies, including on-prem to on-prem and hybrid/cloud-adjacent transitions.
  • •Assess current environments and dependencies to create migration roadmaps, execution plans, and risk mitigation approaches.
  • •Architect target-state data center designs aligned with business objectives, security standards, and compliance requirements.
  • •Coordinate virtualization, storage, networking, backup, and disaster recovery planning, and make technical decisions across these domains.
  • •Oversee migration execution (cutover planning, validation, and post-migration optimization) and produce documentation such as architecture diagrams and runbooks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience.
  • •Top Secret/SCI clearance.
  • •Deep expertise in data center infrastructure across compute, storage, and networking.
  • •Strong understanding of virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, etc.) and large-scale data center migrations.
  • •Knowledge of cloud platforms/hybrid cloud-adjacent architectures, storage architectures, and disaster recovery strategies.
