  • •Lead business requirement workshops, process assessments, and fit-gap analysis to design Blue Yonder supply chain solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • •Configure and implement Blue Yonder Planning, WMS, TMS, Labor Management, SCPO, Demand Planning, Fulfillment, and Inventory Optimization modules.
  • •Translate requirements into functional designs, solution blueprints, process flows, and system configuration specifications.
  • •Conduct CRP, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), facilitating business sign-offs.
  • •Provide end-user training, create user guides/SOPs/process documentation, and deliver post-go-live support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations.
