Key Responsibilities

•Anticipate and respond to guests’ needs, answering questions and making recommendations while suggestively selling beverages and menu items.
•Take orders and communicate drink orders to the bar through the point of sales system.
•Deliver drinks by maneuvering trays through large crowds and maintaining atmosphere control throughout the shift.
•Clear tables by removing dirty glasses and dishes, including lifting/moving bus tubs up to 25 lbs, and keep tables clean/wiped.
•Maintain safety and sanitation standards, including responsible alcohol service (ID checks, refusing service to intoxicated guests) and processing payments and comp/void checks per policy.
