Payroll Specialist IV

Perform end-to-end payroll processing for federal and state obligations, including timesheet input, garnishments, paycheck generation and distribution, and payroll transmissions. Maintain and update personnel, leave, and pay-rate records; ensure payroll accuracy through reviews and monthly closing support. Handle job-cost payroll computations, resolve payroll errors/complaints, manage garnishment entries and agency payments, and support documentation, filing, and reporting.
