Coordinate appointments based on capacity and priorities, manage open service tasks and follow-ups, and log activities accurately. Handle loaner agreements and rental/ride requests, generate work order pre-writes with pre-authorization signatures, assist vehicle check-in, and support facilities service request submissions.
