  • •Supervise and lead a team of structural engineers, supporting their technical development and growth.
  • •Serve as Structural Lead/Engineering of Record, maintaining responsibility for deliverable development and contributing to design work.
  • •Lead improvements in project efficiencies by creating and implementing group standards/templates and recommending software packages/plugins.
  • •Support projects end-to-end (feasibility through commissioning), including developing structural engineering calculations, specifications, drawings, and performing quality control reviews.
