Key Responsibilities

•Providing end to end strategic leadership in the development, implementation, and governance of business strategic goals and objectives and requirements management across major programmes.
•Represent the benefit and requirements function in governance boards and programme reviews.
•Influence senior stakeholders and facilitate decision-making at the executive level by providing strategic direction for requirements management within the organisation.
•Designing and facilitating high-impact client workshops and executive briefings.
•Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements elicitation sessions whilst advising clients on best practices on validation, traceability, and change control and systems engineering

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience in a consulting or advisory role, ideally within infrastructure or major capital programmes.
•Degree qualified in a relevant field.
•Proven track record of leading requirements management at a strategic level across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
•Understanding of requirements engineering standards (e.g., ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148) and hands-on experience with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Jama, JIRA).
•Experience in programme and/or portfolio management, governance, and assurance
